I understand WHY of why things happen. When we examine the two principles that Freud described in his Pleasure Principle (seek pleasure and avoid pain) then we can see what is at work. I walk you through filling out a proprietary page that helps to map where your time energy and resources is going. It helps give us a foundation that most coaches don’t have. They just hit the ground rynning to fix a problem without taking a step back like we do.\u00a0 ANd it’s mostly cheerleading.<\/p>\n

Then we figure out your true needs and have a video coaching session from the comfort of your livingroom\/office\/etc., once a week.\u00a0 In between we use the system to track and to communicate.\u00a0 You dont have to wait til next week to update me on progress and you can be sure I will have read it BEFORE we meet, so we don’t play catch up.<\/p>\n
