That’s a trick question, and it sounds a little ooga-booga doesn’t it. It is, and it’s not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A watched pot never boils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You’ve heard both a watched “pot never boils” and “time flies when you’re having fun,” right? Though the former is not true, both are rooted in reality… Aha, but which<\/em> reality. And don’t forget about being in the zone<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awareness first<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As with most of these episodes I’m wanting you to first become aware of something. You can’t do anything about it if you don’t even know it exists, right? In the episode we talk about the awareness of not only the little portions of time (waiting for your coffee order) but the really huge ones (buying a house).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can change your reality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Well, you can change your perception of it. And your awareness actually changes it a little. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
