Imagine if you had to describe a house every time you wanted to talk about houses.  Exhausting.  And you&#8217;d get dumber.  So we create labels for things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But as we talked about in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alchemyfor.life\/balancecoaching\/2022\/03\/06\/i-assume\/\" title=\"I assume\">Assuming podcast<\/a>, the use of certain labels (in that case assuming) was a very powerful tool when used against you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This time we are talking about all labels, but I&#8217;m using two as some very prevalent examples.  If you use one of these labels, it doesn&#8217;t mean you are wrong, or using them incorrectly.
