The olden days of voice only<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the olden days when people wanted to collaborate they would jump on a conference call vs. jumping on a video call. It was extremely common to have a number of calls during any given week, and the larger the business the more conference calls there were.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How many is too many?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There is an upper limit to how many meetings you can constructively have, and it’s not equal to the free space on your calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s because a few things are in play:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. You need time to do the things <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. It’s not just about the time, it’s about the energy (i.e. you’re not just promising time)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
