By creating an account or accessing Checkmark ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Virtual Currency ("Gold")

The Service includes a virtual currency known as "Gold." Gold is a license to use digital features within the app. It has no real-world monetary value, is not a cryptocurrency, and cannot be exchanged for cash, legal tender, or real-world goods. We reserve the right to modify, revoke, or delete Gold balances at any time without compensation (e.g., in the event of account termination or service shutdown).

4. User Conduct

  • You agree not to abuse the referral system or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages.
  • You will not harass other users or post offensive content in any shared spaces (e.g., Project Library).
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, stability, or availability of the Service. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Additionally, to maintain the performance and integrity of the Service, we reserve the right to delete accounts that have remained inactive (no login activity) for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days.
