Great storms announce themselves with a single breeze, and a single random spark can ignite the fires of rebellion.
Bishop of Aquila – Ladyhawke (1985)
A great quote from one of my all-time favorite movies. You may even say it was an influence on The Sword and the Sunflower.
But that statement really makes you think about a major event, and how it “announces” itself. That tiny spark is a foundation. That foundation, that moment, it can be the beginning of a great thing—good or bad.
- That moment you know someone was cheating on you
- That time you figured out what made you happy
- That second you realized you were going to spend the rest of your life with someone
- That moment when you saw your child truly excel at something and thought “this is his thing.”
- That time when you made the connection between you and your best friend to be
- That moment when you figured out one of life’s mysteries
Let’s talk about when that’s happened in your life, my personal experience with it, and how you can embrace it for the good of your journey.
New book alert.
When a chance meeting with an old man leads to a captivating story, the author is swept into a journey through time and the paranormal. Starting in 1966 at Oxford College, the story follows a professor’s pet project to uncover a message that spans all of written history—a message from the devil himself.
